ENCAP's Transportation Program provides transportation to and from school to ESL/migrant and homeless students of OPS, and reliable rides to career seekers and older adults.
The driver team also plays a vital role in food delivery services. Currently, drivers deliver food to homebound seniors participating in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), to individuals impacted by domestic violence, and to families with children receiving support via Douglas County Community Response.
