Current Senior Longevity Programming:

SAIL: Stay Active and Independent for Life by performing seated and/or standing exercises tailored to meet seniors where they are in their fitness journey.  All exercises are evidence-based and designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility in older adults 60+.  Taught by a certified SAIL instructor.  Must receive a Senior Fitness Test at ENCAP.

Generation Xchange Omaha:  Make a lasting difference in a child’s life as a senior mentor in Omaha’s public schools grades K-3.  You’ll not only help students improve learning habits and get the most out of the classroom, and you will build new friendships and improve mental and physical health outcomes.  This is a paid mentorship program.
