Current Senior Longevity Programming:
1. SAIL: Stay Active and Independent for Life by performing seated and/or standing exercises tailored to meet seniors where they are in their fitness journey. All exercises are evidence-based and designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility in older adults 60+, especially those with a history of falls.
- Taught by a certified SAIL instructor
- Must receive a Senior Fitness Test at ENCAP
- Transportation is available
- Class is FREE to qualifying individuals

2. BINGOCIZE: Come join other seniors in an interactive game of Bingo and win prizes! Bingocize is a 10-week course that combines exercise, health education, and the popular game of Bingo. All exercises are designed for older adults 60+ to improve lower/upper body strength, increase social support, improve knowledge of diet and nutrition, and reduce risk of falls.
- Taught by a certified Bingocize instructor
- Must receive a Senior Fitness Test at ENCAP
- Transportation is available

ENCAP Garden: Come visit the garden and check out the beautiful vegetables growing.
- When: Monday- Friday, anytime
Sewing/Craft Group: Come join other seniors as they work on sewing and craft projects for needs in the local community. Transportation to ENCAP is available.
- When: Every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 10AM.

IMPROVE HEALTH AND ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD:
- Senior Pantry OMAHA: Drive-up Tuesday & Thursdays from 9AM – 2PM at ENCAP: 2406 Fowler Avenue.
- Bellevue Food Pantry: Supplemental food support for Sarpy County residents – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9AM - 4PM; Wednesday 9AM - 6PM; at 1912 Hancock Street in Bellevue.
- Monthly Food Distribution: Delivery of USDA commodities to income eligible seniors (monthly incomes of $1,632 or less).
